VEGA GLOBAL OPENS 24/7 CONTACT CENTRE IN THE PHILIPPINES TO SUPPORT MULTINATIONAL CLIENTS
Hong Kong, November 29, 2017. Vega Global is proud to announce that it has expanded its operation with the opening of a new 24/7 contact centre in Manila, Philippines to facilitate the growing demands of AV projects globally. The new facility is located in the Group’s Manila office at Unit 2603, Raffles Corporate Building, F. Ortigas Avenue, Ortigas Business Center, Pasig City.
Vega Global’s Managing Director, Mr. Laurie Chow officiated the grand opening and extended his huge congratulations to Mr. Angelo Somera, Country Manager of Vega Philippines, on the successful growth of the business since its opening to Manila in 2014 and continuously enabling the company to deliver high level of service expected by its clients. “It was an honour to participate in the official opening of our contact centre here as well as the expansion of the Manila office. Congratulations to Angelo and the rest of our Philippines team on their continued success. This is a significant step in Vega’s growth and commitment to the Audio-visual business in the APAC region and is part of our continued expansion to serve our local and multinational clients,” said Mr. Chow.
The expansion reflects the strength of the company and the popularity of the Philippines as the world’s call centre capital having an abundant labour pool that is educated, proficient in the English language and familiarity of both Asian and Western cultures.
